We offer a lifetime warranty on our bags that covers material or manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover natural aging of the leather (scratches, marks on leather, patina, natural softening of the leather causing changes in shape or structure of the bag, etc.) or misuse/mistreatment of the bags.
In the event of a problem with the bag, we will either: repair it and ship it back to you or reimburse you for repair costs incurred in your local area. If a repair is not possible, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the bag. To process a warranty claim, we require the following information:
-The original order number or name of purchaser if purchased through Old Fisher Bag
-Proof of purchase if purchased through a 3rd party authorized retailer
